Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered multiple pairs of shoes — heels, sandals, boots, and wedges — and every single item was a disappointment. The quality was shockingly poor, nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, after payment, they changed the delivery time and production schedule multiple times without clear communication. Despite all the delays, they still shipped via a slow, standard service instead of express, resulting in a 3-week wait for products I already regretted ordering. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the entire process. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Worst order i ever made, ordered two heels both of them turned out to he terrible they gave me the wrong color for the first heel and the quality for both heels were terrible the threads we’re hanging down glue was everywhere they smelt disgusting very poor quality supplier was very rude and wouldn’t except paying for the shipping back for the heels and she stopped replying and did not hold accountable for thier own mistakes unfortunately I couldn’t return the heels because now the supplier is still not replying to me and they are reading the messages, i never write bad reviews no matter what but this supplier did not want to hold accountable for their actions i do not recommend anyone buying from them biggest waste of money
